Can I download the camera instructions?

What kind of batteries does the camera use? How long do they last?

The camera uses 2 AAA batteries. Lithum or NiMH rechargeable batteries last about 2 hours. SportsCameraShop provides you with 4 NiMH batteries for up to 4 hours of recording

Does the camera have built-in memory?

Yes, there is 16MB internal memory. SportCameraShop also includes a 2GB SD memory card for FREE.

What type of memory card does the camera use?

The camera uses an SD-type memory card (up to 2GB). You can use any SD memory card up to 2GB. Larger cards will not function.

How much recording time is there with a 2GB card?

You can record up to 56 minutes of video or close to 2000 photos.

What is the photo/video resolution?

The photo resolution is 5 megapixels (5MP). Video resolution is 512x384 at 30 frames per second (fps) in AVI format.

Is there sound? zoom?

Yes, there is sound. The cameras do not have a zoom.

Is the camera waterproof?

Yes, the camera's housing is waterproof to 100 feet.

Is the camera compatible with Windows and Mac OS?

Yes, the cameras are compatible with Windows AND Mac. You can use it with Windows ME/2000/XP/Vista and Mac OS 10.2 or later.

Is it safe to order online?

All of our payments are processed by Paypal on Paypal's own secure website using industry-standard methods for data transfer and encryption so it is very safe.

Shipping

How do you ship the GoPro Cameras?

We use FedEx Ground or UPS Standard to ship GoPro Cameras across the USA and Canada. All packages are shipped fully insured, with a tracking number.

When will I receive my GoPro Camera?

Orders are processed and shipped the same day if ordered before 1PM Eastern time. Otherwise, orders are shipped the next business day. Actual delivery time depends on the location of the customer. In general, customers on the West Coast will receive their kit is 3-6 business days. Customers on the East Coast will receive their kit in 1-3 business days.

Will I get a tracking number?

As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will be able to track your package until it is delivered to your door.

Do you ship outside the USA/Canada?

We ship to most international locations via air mail. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Warranty

How long is the warranty valid for?

All GoPro Cameras are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

What should I do if I need a warranty replacement?

You should contact us. A support technicians will troubleshoot the problem with you. If after troubleshooting, you still need a part replaced, the warranty department will give you instructions on how to return the defective part. Do not return defective parts without a return authorization number. The package will be refused and returned to you.

Returns

Can I return my GoPro Camera?

If you are not fully satisfied with your GoPro Camera, contact us to arrange for its return within 10 days of the original date of purchase. We will refund you the price of the kit less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable. Do not return a kit without a return authorization number. The package will be refused and returned to you. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days.
