Poor Quality Product Zero Customer Service I bought an ISAW Edge Action Camera off of Amazon as a Christmas present for my wife in December. I purchased the camera specifically because it came with a “30m Waterproof case”, and after reading positive reviews online. When she first used it, the case immediately started leaking, and was not waterproof even in 6inches of water.I contacted Amazon and they responded by refunding us money to buy a replacement case, however that case has been “out of stock” ever…
Quality as good as the gopro This is my second isaw camera. Like the first the quality of camera is of the same quality as a gopro without the hefty price tag. Isaw is the closest competitor to the gopro. I do not have any problem with buying more isaw products. I have the app and WiFi set up and have not had any problems with camera, I bought camera back on Nov 10, 2015 and has performed well.
