Faulty product I should have listened to the other reviewers. This product arrived late so I had no time to check it before my trip. In the airport I found out there was no USB cable. I brought a new USBs, but no computer or device would detect it. I guess I should have known something was wrong, when the box and the user’s guide did not have web address or customer help number nor an address for the company. I feel like I was just mugged.
