Read this if youâre trying to decide between a Gear Fit 2 and Fitbit Charge 2! After a ton of research about Fitbit products, I purchased the Fitbit Charge 2 as an upgrade to my Fitbit One. I had to return/exchange the Charge 2 as the step count was wildly inaccurate. Fitbit advised that this was a defect and provided a new device promptly. However, the new device had the exact same issue.
