Great Product for Windows and OS X Users! I own both a windows desktop computer and a Mac laptop. Great camera and excellent service Ordered this for my kids. Worked great right out of the box but then something happened to the focus and we thought it was broken. Contacted the seller for a return and Nate got back to me immediately and offered to replace it.
